rachel leah blumenthal

Rachel Leah Blumenthal is a writer, musician, and photographer based in Somerville, MA. Although her background is in science journalism, she can most often be found writing about food for various publications and on her blog. She currently plays flute, bass flute, and occasionally the role of a sad French mime in librarian-themed band The Michael J. Epstein Memorial Library.

Bring Us Your Women seeks to tell existing and re-imagined stories of historic and mythical individuals, each presenting a message of humanity that transcends gender and religion. The essence of this work expresses the power of three: unity, tolerance, hope.
